Meet Clif

Hi. I'm Clif Cannon, as a Professional Certified Coach, I have a deep passion for intentional leadership and "right relationship." Most of us want to make a difference and achieve important things in the world. That difference most often involves our work lives. Because of this, work is the perfect place to create and practice intentional and conscious leadership to achieve outcomes that matter to you.

It takes a long time to become yourself. And I am no exception. I have made many transitions in my life, professionally and personally. From professional ballet dancer, chef, lawyer to successful business executive. Each of these transitions, and having studied with some of the best coaching, adult and leadership development programs in the world, makes me a very effective coach and guide.

My journey revealed my self-awareness and authenticity to become my True Self. It was through this “unlocking move” of showing who I really am that I found my purpose, passion, and ability of working with teams and leaders to help them transform to become who they are and lead in their most powerful way.

At the core of my work, whether with leaders or teams, there must be a willingness and desire to transform - to call forth the best versions of yourself to achieve the outcomes that matter to you and your organization.

Each of us has a unique and valuable contribution to make by being our True Self and living more effective and fulfilling lives. Now more than ever, the world needs you to be you.

Mexico, Maui, Peru, Cambodia, Vietnam, Russia, Italy, France, and Guatemala have all touched my heart and are part of my story. I love to share in the human experience of culture and food. My son, Isaac, and I have traveled to Machu Picchu, the Galapagos, Russia, and Italy together.
